We all suffer from confusion and uncertainty at certain times in our lives. Whether it is about our career, a relationship or just a general feeling of internal unrest. These moments can cause stress and sadness or give us a general feeling of hopelessness and create unmanageability in different areas our lives.
Integrating various philosophical and psychological (and if appropriate, spiritual and meditation) practices, I work with you in an organic way to explore these moments. Sessions can take place both inside and outdoors in nature.
I also offer your own customised private weekend or weekday retreat, retreats can include hiking, ecotherapy, counselling, breath work, drama, movement and art therapy, restorative yoga, energy healing, pool based work, chats in front of a log fire or camping on a beach more.

Travel often and want to continue your sessions? I offer long-distance sessions via Skype. Intensive sessions (covering a consecutive period of several days) or longer individual sessions are also available. Please contact me for further details.
