I believe that meditation is about ‘quieting the mind’ and taking back control, not emptying it (you cannot stop the mind doing its job). I will help you achieve this using simple techniques right from your very first session.
My sessions show us experientially how the brain, mind, body and breath are part of an incredible machine that allows us to have the human experience of life. Once we have an understanding of its abilities, we come to respect it and want to work with it to create the inner world that we want. And by default, our inner world influences our outer experiences.
With this in mind (no pun intended), I design meditation sessions to suit you and your goals. I don’t believe one size fits all, nor that what works for you one week, will be what you need the next.
Maybe you simply want to start a meditation practice, focus on a specific issue such as sleep or increase your concentration and enhance your learning capabilities. Maybe you want to manage physical symptoms such as pain and stress. Maybe you just want to explore the possibilities you have within yourself and be amazed and amused along the way.

We can also include Reiki and life-mentoring into your session.
Couple, family and group sessions (perfect for an evening in with friends, or maybe you want to create your own private weekend retreat with family and/or friends) are available. Sessions can take place at your home, office, or outdoors. Travel often but still want to continue your meditation practice? I offer long-distance meditation sessions via Skype. I also travel across the world to clients for intensive sessions. Please contact me for further details.
